INTRODUCING… FLORA

FLORA is the first suite to be introduced from our Summer 2020 House Collection. Inspired by the beautiful wild flowers which grow beside the canal in my village.

Everyday I walked by these flowers and admired their beauty and wondered to myself why I had never noticed these before. I soon came to the realisation that normally the grass banks beside the canal are kept short and these stunning wildflowers are not given the opportunity to bloom. One Sunday morning I walked beside the canal with my Border Collie and admired the beautiful wildflowers as usual. I decided to pick a few specimens to take home and paint with the intention to use the final paintings for a summer stationery suite. I spent the rest of the day painting the wildflowers, one of my favourite pastimes and had the loveliest of afternoons. A couple of days later I found the wildflowers to be no more, they had been regretfully cut down and all that was left was their shredded remains. I’m not sure that I will ever see these wildflowers in bloom like they did this year which makes this suite even more special.

FLORA is a delicate, pretty suite with a lovely natural countryside feel. A suite which lends itself well to both a rustic barn or a grand hall, for the couple who appreciates the natural beauty of the countryside.

Our ‘House Collection’ Stationery is printed on 350gsm Uncoated card stock and supplied with white envelopes as standard.

As with all our ‘House Collection’ Suites we offer a range of ‘On the day’ Stationery and Signage so you can continue the theme from Invitation stage through to your big day.
