All Wedding and Life Event Stationery will be despatched 7 – 10 working days after artwork approval. These products will be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery (Signature Required), in most cases delivery will be within 2-3 working days.

Wedding Table Plans

Our Wedding Table Plans will be despatched 5 – 7 working days after artwork approval. These products will be despatched by Parcel Force 48hr Service, in most cases delivery will be within 48hrs.

Upgraded Shipping to a Next Day Service (after despatch): £4.95

Wedding Stationery Samples

If ordered before (midday 12pm), Monday to Friday, your sample will be despatched on the same day by Royal mail 1st Class delivery, in most cases delivery will be next day but is not guaranteed. If ordered after 12pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be posted on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

The production lead-times of our personalised gift products vary so please refer to the item for further details on product times.

Returns & Cancellations

If you’re not happy with your order, please let us know. You can email support@jellypress.co.uk with photos if applicable, to help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are gladly accepted following the below terms.

RETURN: Within 21 days of delivery

CANCELLATIONS: Must be requested by email to cancellations@jellypress.co.uk before the item goes into production and/or the item has been shipped.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
