One late September day on the cusp of autumn we headed to the beautiful Delamere Manor for a super luxurious styled shoot. Organised by the wonderful Dale of Dale Alexander Events, I knew this would be a shoot like no other, oozing with opulence and luxury.
The Venue
Delamere Manor is one of Cheshires finest wedding venues, boasting the most beautiful grounds. The view looking out over the estate is simply breathtaking.
Planning & Styling
Orchestrated by the lovely Dale of Dale Alexander Events, he pulled together the most amazing team of suppliers. With his vision and the talents of each supplier the final result was impeccable.
The Mood
Delamere’s courtyard was transformed using stunning floral installations by Boujee Boxes. Custom light installations by Luminate Events acentuated mood with the addition of Neon features supplied by Love Lights The Way. Chairman Hire’s White Louis chairs were utilised and delicate crockery from Whitehouse Crockery finished the look.
The Stationery
A custom suite was created especially for the shoot. The brief was luxurious, using crisp whites, muted grey tones and gold to add a touch of warmth. Now I like gold but in small doses, I’m a huge advocate of ‘less is most definitely more’. I wanted the stationery to look classic with a touch of luxury so I used a soft textured ‘crisp white’ card with mid grey details. Co-ordinated luxury envelopes were included with the addition of our ‘Ruskus’ wax seals in ‘Honey Gold’ to complete the look. For the tables we created Menu Cards of the same quality again finished with a gold wax seal accompanied by a Vellum Guest Card, each one hand written in a modern calligraphy style white ink and finished with a pure silk ribbon. Welcome and Table Plan Signage was produced using a grey tinted perspex and finished with white details.
The Cake
The 4 tired show stopper was created by Bloomsbury Cakes.
Photography & Videography
The day was captured flawlessly by the super talented Livi Edward’s Photography and Harvey Films.
The Models
The gorgeous couple on the day were Meg & Ali – a real couple might I add although it’s pretty obvious by their chemistry. They actually tied the knot themselves a couple of months after the shoot, huge congratulations to them. Meg’s hair and make up was styled by the Lizzie Griffiths
So there you have it.. A Luxurious Autumnal Cheshire wedding.
