Tyn Dwr Hall - 6th December 2021
I’m excited to share with you a Bespoke Wedding Stationery Suite created specially for Sion & Paul together with their on the day stationery and a glimpse into their fabulous wedding day at the stunning Tyn Dwr Hall in Llangollen back in December 2021.
The most adorable part of Sion & Paul’s story for me is the fact their wedding date marked exactly 20 years since they met. How special is that! Scroll down to their highlight video to hear more on that…
Sion & Paul commissioned me to create an illustration of their beautiful wedding venue – Tyn Dwr Hall, in Llangollen Wales and this was to be the main focus of their bespoke wedding stationery suite. For Sion & Paul’s bespoke wedding Stationery Suite we opted for letterpress on a double thickness luxury card stock. Letterpress works wonderfully with venue illustrations and provides a lovely soft indentation. Alongside the letterpressed detail for the Tyn Dwr Hall illustration and our couples names we also included gold block foil, again providing a soft indentation and crisp clean foiled edges.
The whole wedding stationery suite was combined with a co-ordinating navy belly band and custom monogram wax seal in white.
For an added wow factor we added gold edges to the letterpressed wedding invitations.
RSVP postcards and information cards were also included with Sion & Paul’s Bespoke Wedding Stationery Suite.
Together with Sion & Paul’s bespoke wedding stationery suite, we also provided custom printed envelopes. Each envelope was pre-printed with Guest’s names and address’ alongside an initial peek at their wedding venue.
A reply address was added to the outer envelope flap, this is a good idea if you are having envelopes printed, you would be surprised at how many of your Guests have no idea of your address, so works as a little reminder and then sealed with their custom monogrammed wax seal.
And now for my favourite part, sharing with you photo’s of Sion & Paul’s fabulous wedding day… Sion’s speech get’s me every time.
For their ‘On the Day’ Stationery we provided a Wedding Welcome Sign, Table Plan, Order of the Day sign, Table Numbers and a Cake flavour sign, all produced in frosted perspex with black ink to continue the theme. Menu cards were also provided in Ebony black with white ink, finished with Sion & Paul’s custom monogrammed wax seal in white. Each menu card was personalised with Guest’s names and menu choice.
