A ‘Game of Thrones’ inspired wedding like no other / Peckforton Castle

Moon of my life, my sun and stars

The start of my working week has been pretty epic to be honest. I had a super exciting styled shoot lined up for Monday morning which I have been so looking forward to as the theme was ‘Game of Thrones / Camelot’. Being a huge and slightly obsessed fan of the show there was no way I could or would say no. But the big question was “Which creative route do I go down here?”

The weather was horrendous with many of the team being delayed due to floods and traffic but we all finally arrived at the exquisite Peckforton Castle and that’s when the magic started. We had a team of women who are all queens of their craft and you know what they say “When women come together with a collective intention, magic happens.” I think you will agree that we most certainly created something magical here.

I’m so excited to be able to share with you a sneak peek selection of the wonderful images taken by the amazing photographer on the day Kate McCarthy Photography. She never fails to deliver utterly gorgeous shots. You will be able to see the rest of the images when they are released for an upcoming edition of Matrimony Magazine but until then.. enjoy!
